The customer is always right provided the customer is right for you.
Instead of saying the customer is always right. Ask “ Is he or she the right customer for my business?”
I just fired a customer that wasn’t the right customer for my business. I was working with him on a special project before the end of the year. He showed up unprepared and unwilling to do the work.
I asked him to find another coach to work with him. I’m not a magician and I refuse to be more invested in anyone’s business than they are.
You got to do the work.
Successful organizations fire 1 % of their customers that causes 95% of their pain.
You heard me right, fire them.
Fire them, and focus on helping everyone else.
Do the Work.
P.S. Most people struggle to reach their goals because they lack community, accountability, and resources. We have a proven framework that helps them reach their goals faster so they can live a better life at home and work.
