What Is The Easiest Way To Fix Your Problems?
The easiest way to fix your problems is to lower the bar. If you can not get your employees to show up at 8, tell them to show up at 8:30. If you can not offer a warranty for 3 years, offer it for 2 years. If you can not work out 3 times per week, tell yourself that you are going to work out twice per week.
Do not do it.
This is the easiest way to fix your problems and it is also the fastest way to fail. This is a quick race to the bottom because you will keep lowering your expectations until you have none. If you want to become successful, raise your expectations, and surround yourself with people that can hold you accountable. I have an accountability group that can help you set the bar higher and help you get there. Take a look at it, and let me know what you think.
Use failure as an opportunity to adapt, pivot, and change, not permission to aim lower.
