Be obsessed with attracting the right customers to your business.
Are you consistent with your products and services?
Customers demand consistent experience. If you want to win in business, you have to master the art of providing a consistent experience. You have to be consistent with your brand image, voice, and feel. Your customers should know exactly what to expect when they do business with you. Consistent experience makes it easier for your current customers to refer your business to their family and friends. They will become a walking billboard for your business. Deliver on your promises. Your is a promise.
Do you know the benefit of hiring the right people?
If you want to minizine your labor cost, hire the right people. If you want to maximize productivity and profitability, hire the right people. If you want to generate more leads, hire the right people. If you want to create a consistent customer experience, hire the right people. If you want to lower your turnover costs, hire the right people. If you can not hire the right people, outsource some of your job functions. Delegate your way to growth.
